This class can be used to manipulate files and directories in remote FTP servers.
It can use the FTP extension to access to a given FTP server on behalf of a specified FTP user and can perform several types of operations with the remote FTP files and directories.
Currently it can change to a given directory, create a new directory, remove a directory recursively, get a directory file list, upload and download one or more files, delete files, rename files, get file information, etc..
