Graphics: Combo Color

This class can be used to generate a form select field to choose from a list of colors.
The background of each option appears in the color that it represents.
It is based on a class originally written by Rafal Lidwin.
This version generates a list with a larger number of colors using only the color hexadecimal codes as option names.
