Graphics: KG Image Resizer Thumbnail Class

This class can be used resize images to generate thumbnails.
It can resize a given image in the PNG, GIF or JPEG formats to a given width and height.
If the image file does not exist, it uses a default image file.
The resize image is generated in the same format as the original image as the current script output.
