This class can be used to generate gauge images.
It can create an image with a gauge and a pointer rendered at a given angle.
The span of rotation angle, the minimum and maximum values, and the maximum values for green and yellow areas are configurable parameters.
The gauge image is generated with a given size and is served as the current script output in the GIF, PNG or JPEG formats.
