Hosting: Helm 3.x XML API Igor Herson Aquino de França (contact me)
This class can be used to manage a Windows hosting account using Helm control panel API.
It can send requests to the server of an Helm control panel Web services API to perform several types of operations.
Currently the class can send requests to execute operations that list, create, suspend, unsuspend and delete accounts.
