This class can be used to show links to browse listings split in multiple pages.
It takes as parameters the total number of entries in the listing and an an optional associative array with values of options to configure details of presentation of the links.
The class generates links to go to each of the pages of the list. It also generates CSS style definitions to configure different aspects of presentation.
