PHP 5: Current City Weather

This class can be used to get the weather forecast of a given city from the Wunderground site.
It can access the Wunderground.com cite and retrieve the page with the weather forecast details for a given city.
The forecast details are returned in an array. Currently it retrieves whether forecast details such as:
- Current Temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius
- Current Condition image
- Current Condition text
- Humidity
- Dew Point in Fahrenheit and Celsius
- Wind speed in MPH and K/PH
- Wind Direction
- Wind gusts in MPH and K/PH
- Barometric pressure
- Current visibility
- Current Ultra-Violet index
- Cloud height in feet and meters
- Elevation in feet and meters
- Current radar image/link to live radar
