This class can be used to manage Apache Web server htaccess and htpasswd files.
It is an enhanced version of the htaccess class originally written by Sven Wagener.
This version can add or remove directives from an htaccess file to enable or disable users authentication without affecting other Apache directives already present in the htaccess file.
