Content management: Import templates

This class can be used to import data about the Web site templates available in the TemplateMonster.com site using its Web services API.
The imported data is stored in a MySQL database so it can be queried locally
It can import several types of data about the templates like: screenshots, categories, keywords and authors.
It can also apply filters by template category and copy thumbnail image files.
