Cryptography: Cookie Management Class

This class can be used to manipulate information stored in cookies.
It can perform several actions on cookies like retrieving cookie values, set cookie properties like name, value, domain, expiry date, and destroy a cookie.
Optionally the data stored in cookies can be encrypted and decrypted when it is retrieved.
